Founder of “Time for Change Foundation”

Kim is a powerful leader in our community, helping to transform lives that have been impacted by poverty, marginalization, and recidivism. Kim started the Time for Change Foundation in 2002 to help previously incarcerated women get housing for themselves and their children. Kim’s continued efforts have brought about a full housing continuum for these families.
