You can also make a gift in honor of a special caregiver as a way of thanking a special nurse or physician for the care you received.When you send us a charitable gift as a memorial or tribute, the Foundation will send a special acknowledgement to the person or family you designate - notifying them of your thoughtful contribution. The amount you give is always confidential.
