Guardian Angels

Donate to the Guardian Angels Program      Download Brochure

The Guardian Angels program is a unique way for patients and their families to honor a Community Hospital of San Bernardino or St. Bernardine Medical Center physician, nurse, staff member or volunteer who made a difference in their care.

Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center are proud of their team members who practice the healing power of humankindness with their patients on a daily basis. Donors are able to recognize their Guardian Angel with a tax-deductible gift to Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire that will further the mission of our hospitals.

Would You Like To Honor Someone Special?

A donation of any amount to Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire on behalf of a hospital caregiver makes that person a Guardian Angel. The Foundation will recognize them with:

  • A card informing them of your thoughtful gift in their honor
  • A Guardian Angel pin to wear on their badge
  • Their name and photo featured on our website and Facebook page
  • and more!

For more information, please contact Maureen Daniels at (909) 475-5065 or maureen.duttondaniels@dignityhealth.org.
