About Us
The role of Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire is to initiate philanthropic initiatives and secure financial support for:
- Dignity Health’s two Inland Empire hospitals, Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center;
- Education and training needs of its workforce; and
- Community health initiatives and programs that positively affect the social determinants of health.
The Foundation is led by a Board of Directors made up of community leaders who are committed to advancing through philanthropy Dignity Health’s mission to further the healing ministry of Jesus by dedicating our resources to delivering compassionate, high-quality, affordable health services; serving and advocating for our sisters and brothers who are poor and disenfranchised; and partnering with others in the community to improve the quality of life.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with our mission, the Dignity Health Foundation Inland Empire provides funding only for patient care and programs at Dignity Health. We do not provide grants or funding for outside organizations or events.
