The Guardian Angel program is a unique way for patients and their families to honor a Community Hospital of San Bernardino or St. Bernardine Medical Center physician, nurse, staff member or volunteer who made a difference in their care.

Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center are proud of their team members who practice the healing power of humankindness with their patients on a daily basis. Donors are able to recognize their Guardian Angel with a tax-deductible gift to Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire that will further the mission of our hospitals.

Would You Like To Honor Someone Special?

A donation of any amount to Dignity Health Foundation – Inland Empire on behalf of a hospital caregiver makes that person a Guardian Angel. The Foundation will recognize them with:

  • A card informing them of your thoughtful gift in their honor
  • A Guardian Angel pin to wear on their badge
  • Their name and photo featured on our website and Facebook page and more!

In anticipation of a sellout event, we have reserved both The Champions and The Legends courses, creating an exclusive private event! Be sure to get your raffle tickets at check in and out on the course. Come early and enjoy a full breakfast (yes, the bar will be open just like last year). Lunch station will be available by the carts, and drinks will be available on the course with a 9am shotgun start.  Stick around after the action packed tournament, for a complimentary cocktail hour, silent auction and awards dinner.

Proceeds from this year's golf classic will benefit both Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center. Both Dignity Health Inland Empire hospitals play a vital role in our community serving the needs of anyone who walks through their doors regardless of their ability to pay.
